These Terms govern your use of Upper Room DFW, a church directory and listing platform for the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. By registering a church, subscribing to a paid plan, or using our member dashboard, you agree to these terms.
Church partners may list legitimate ministries, manage leads from directory visitors, and subscribe to Standard ($29/mo) or Premium ($79/mo) plans for enhanced visibility. You must provide accurate contact information and may not post misleading or harmful content.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled via the billing portal or by contacting support. A 14-day free trial may apply to new registrations. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 7 days of an erroneous charge — contact billing@upperroomdfw.com.
