Upper Room DFW ("we") operates a church directory platform. This policy describes what we collect when you register, subscribe, or contact churches through our site.

What We Collect

• Church accounts: name, email, phone, area, listing description, service times, and website.
• Billing: payment status and plan tier via Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
• Leads: visitor name, email, and message when someone contacts your listing.
• Usage: directory searches, listing views, and training progress.

How Data Is Used

We use your data to publish and manage directory listings, deliver leads to church partners, process subscriptions, send transactional email (receipts, password resets, lead alerts), and improve the platform.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by emailing privacy@upperroomdfw.com. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically remove your listing until you request removal.
